Ron

RON NYHUS

TREI Owner & Instructor

Ron has a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He sold residential, commercial, and investment real estate for more than 20 years. Ron retired after 15 years as a Home Loan Officer.

While in Real Estate, Ron earned both the GRI and CRS Designations, was President of the Eau Claire/Chippewa Board of Realtors, earned the Realtor of the Year, and Board Service awards. From 1982 to 2006, Ron taught most of the real estate courses for the Chippewa Valley Technical College and also during that time taught continuing education classes at North Central Technical College in Wausau. Ron has also taught real estate classes for the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) in Madison.

Ron is considered to be the best real estate instructor in Western Wisconsin and his classes are always in demand.

Eric

ERIC NYHUS

TREI Instructor

Eric graduated with a Juris Doctorate Degree from Hamline University School of Law in MN. He has worked extensively with deeds, title searches, easement work, and transaction closings. Eric has taught the 72-hour Pre-License and Continuing Education classes at the Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, Menomonie, and at the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in Rice Lake and New Richmond. For over 15 years, Eric has been the owner and landlord of a property management company and  has taught classes in Landlord Liability, Management, and Tenant Safety Issues.

Eric brings to his classes considerable knowledge of license law and practical experience while utilizing humor to make learning easy. Eric's classes are always in demand and he receives rave reviews.
